Scary: NFL insider Jeremy Fowler speaks on Rashid Shaheed's offseason with the Seahawks.
"Shaheed had a major spring. He and Darnold are hitting it off… They’re going to give more short and intermediate stuff to him. He’s going to be a big-time player for Seattle."

@RGIII Skin color is not a sign of your ability to be a good or bad person. That’s an irrefutable fact!! That being said, you are out of your mind if you don’t have simple pattern recognition by now.
A few other things you probably don’t know: illegals in America can get bank loans, mortgages, insurance, driver’s licenses, free healthcare (California & New York) and in-state college tuition.
What’s the point of being a citizen if an illegal gets all the benefits, but doesn’t pay taxes or do jury duty?
Citizen Vigilante is a 10/10 movie! Wow! I cannot believe this got made. It’s time to change - the world needs to be cleansed of the evils and men need to stand up. Enough is enough. The legal system has failed. The left woke agenda has failed. They need to be stopped
#Seahawks Ernest Jones on the showdown against the #Rams and what it means to him:
"Early on, they were kind of everything. I put so much into beating them. Leaving from a previous team, there becomes some animosity [every player does this, Ram fans] towards them. But I learned it's a game, it's a business, and that's just what comes with it. I do love beating them every time we do
Also says this about connectiveness:
"People don't see what we do off the field in OTAs. Yeah, we were here shadow boxing all the time, but we were at each other's homes. I don't grill, but I grill time to time, but I don't want to sit there and grill in front of these guys. I'm having to grill for these guys and do certain things. They are bringing me up from my comfort zone, and I think that is what we did, we just got to know each other and got to truly, really love one another. It's a powerful thing when you can put that in a football team, into a game plan, and see what happens."

#Seahawks Brady Russell on HC Mike Macdonald "Run it Back," via @KING5Sports:
"It helps so much. Running it back can make it feel like you're trying to replicate everything you did last year. Make it feel that you are trying to do all the same things and hold the same standards and do all the same stuff, but we're a process-oriented team. We want to do everything better, and we wanna get better, and we wanna climb, and we know we can be a better team than we were last year. We had a lot of ways we fell short, and we still won the Super Bowl. It is unbelievable to think about. What could come if we run it forward and we keep building on the foundation we've already set? I think that is so exciting about that term "Run it Forward," and it speaks so well to who we are. Worrying about the process and not worrying about the results."
@hawkmania4 I will die on the hill that Doug Baldwin is the most underrated Seahawk/player of all time. We threw the ball the least in the league and you turn on the tape and every damn route he runs is so pure. His blocking was amazing. His catch radius was amazing. His body control unreal.
@hawkblogger READ*** Seahawks are an organization about team and building something great. The Rams are only about transactions. They are just like their fandom - no substance. They have a great one of a kind coach and mvp QB. If they didn’t have that the place legit has no substance/backbone
@leonardwilliams@Mariners You ever see the real Mike Rob report - great transition into media after football and will give me & the 12’s are favorite behind the scenes content
