The AI algorithm is sophisticated, a silent observer that gets smarter with every second we interact with it. Having worked with these systems for some time, I’ve noticed a profound truth: we are constantly training the machine. Whether you are treating Meta AI like a therapist and pouring out your feelings, telling it about your troublesome boyfriend, searching for a diagnosis for your pain, or simply letting a YouTube video run past the 30-second mark, you are inputting data. You are teaching it what holds your attention, what triggers your emotions, and what you crave. You are upgrading its understanding of you with every click and every scroll.

But this isn’t actually a post about algorithms. I’ve realized that this is exactly how humans operate. Just like the code, the people around you are constantly downloading you. The more you talk, the more you act, and the way you carry yourself provides them with the data they need to understand how to interact with you. They might pardon a glitch here and there, but just like the algorithm looks for patterns and consistency, people learn you. They learn what you will tolerate, what you respect, and how to treat you based entirely on the consistent signals you send out. We are teaching people how to handle us every single day.

I am not a psychologist, just an observer, but it is striking how ancient this concept actually is. We look at this emerging technology with awe, yet scripture clearly states that there is "no new thing under the sun." (Ecclesiastes 1:9) The medium has changed, but the principle remains the same: we reap what we sow, in code and in life. Man, I didn't intend to drop a whole sermon on a Tuesday, but watch your inputs.
