Methadone, Oxy’s & Codeine..

Being on 60mg methadone a day, I still get high of Oxy’s (OC80’s) but I don’t understand how codeine w/ promethazine (lean) gives me a better high than a 80. I see some people on methadone say it’s impossible for them to get high on codeine
