SOMETHING TO MOTIVATE YOU NOT TO GIVEUP.....
When you think of giving up, remember that there was someone who left one club for another in pursuit of winning the Champions League, only for his former club to win the trophy twice after his departure

We Leaders Have Failed Our Generation (Part Three)
There is yet another failure among us, and it is one we seldom confess.
We have allowed ministry to appear glorious.
Somewhere along the way, the burden of serving GOD was slowly clothed with the garments of admiration. What should have remained a life of sacrifice, and obedience has often been presented before the young as something desirable, something impressive, something worth pursuing for the wrong reasons.
And the young are watching us.
They see the gatherings.
They see the visibility.
They see the honor that surrounds those who stand before people.
But they rarely see the cost.
They rarely see the nights where a man must wrestle alone with GOD.
They rarely see the seasons where obedience requires walking through obscurity.
They rarely see the dealings of GOD that strip a man until nothing remains except surrendering to HIS WILL.
So without intending to, we have allowed many young men to admire the appearance of ministry without understanding the burden of it.
But the work of GOD was never meant to attract men who are searching for recognition.
It was meant to find men who are willing to disappear.
For the call of GOD has never been an invitation to prominence. It has always been an invitation to death.
A man who is called by GOD is not first given a microphone. He is first given a cross.
He is brought into dealings that confront his pride, his ambition, and every hidden desire to be seen. The LORD does not hurry these dealings. He stays with a man until the man's heart no longer seeks influence, but simply longs to obey.
But today many young men encounter ministry before they encounter the cross.
They learn how to preach before they learn how to die.
They learn how to lead before they learn how to kneel.
And when a man carries visibility without first carrying the cross, something in his soul remains uncrucified. It may remain hidden for a season, but influence has a way of exposing whatever GOD has not yet dealt with.
This is why the fathers of the House must recover their courage.
They must remind this generation that ministry is not a stage upon which a man displays his gifting. It is an altar upon which a man offers his life.
The Kingdom of GOD has never advanced through men who sought to be known. It has always been carried by men who were willing to be spent.
Men who understood that to serve GOD is to lose the right to their own reputation.
Men who feared the LORD more than they desired the approval of people.
If the next generation is to be preserved, they must see this again.
They must see leaders who do not present ministry as something glamorous.
They must see leaders who know the cost of obedience.
For the work of GOD does not need more men who are eager to stand before crowds.
It needs men who have been so dealt with by GOD that they no longer need to be seen at all.
And until we recover this testimony among us, many young men will continue to pursue ministry without realizing that the true path of the servant of GOD is not upward, but downward.
Downward into humility.
Downward into surrendering in HIS will.
Downward into the quiet place where a man's life is slowly laid upon the altar before GOD.
START YOUR DAY LIKE THIS AND WATCH YOUR LIFE CHANGE
When you wake up in the morning, declare: “This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it.”
Even if negative news comes, respond with the Word: “I do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the unseen are eternal.” (2 Corinthians 4:18)
When someone offends you, refuse offense: “In the name of Jesus, I choose peace. I am a child of God. The joy of the Lord is my strength.”
As you prepare for the day, prophesy over yourself: “Today, favor follows me. God loads me daily with benefits. Helpers of destiny are strategically positioned for me. I am not without help!”
When challenges arise, take it to God like Hezekiah: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue. I choose life. I will live and not die, in the name of Jesus.”
When fear whispers mid-flight, declare boldly: “The Prince of the power of the air has no authority here. I will arrive safely because Alpha and Omega began this journey with me, and He will finish it with me.”
And when you feel confused, pray: “The wisdom of God is at work in me. I am not without strategy. I tap into the hidden wisdom of God, and His Spirit guides me into victory. I receive wisdom! I receive strategies! »
This is the believer’s life. It is living by the Word, every single day. When you walk like this, your life will never remain the same.
