Starting to wrap up the World Juniors project. Here is a player card for Czechia forward and #mnwild prospect Adam Benák who had a great tournament.
If you would like to see any player from the tournament we have all 218 players with data. Comment below who you want to see.
Tomas Galvas ranked in the 100th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). He was the number one ranked player in the whole tournament. Somehow he went undrafted but is draft eligible this year. Such a good skater. Looks a little like Lane Hutson.
Zayne Parekh ranked in the 100th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). Parekh was an exit machine. Ranked as the second best player and second best defensemen in the tournament.
Viggo Björck ranked in the 79th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). Crafty young forward who played a lot of minutes for Sweden despite being the youngest player on Sweden.
Cole Eiserman ranked in the 17th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). He had a great tournament last year. This year he started in a top role but slowly slipped down in the lineup. He has a great shot though.
Brendan McMorrow ranked in the 88th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). He played in a limited fourth line role but when he was on the ice he was very effective. Is a speedy and physical forward who was hard on pucks.
Vojtěch Čihař ranked in the 92th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). Was the 15th best player and 7th best forward. Had pretty good numbers and was deserving of MVP. I was very impressed with him.
Aron Kiviharju ranked in the 76th percentile overall at the World Juniors (EV). Played heavy minutes and had flashes of offense. Pretty steady. #MNWild
In Sweden's 8-1 win over Germany, Sascha Boumedienne was incredible yet again. The #GoJetsGo prospect went 12-for-12 on zone exits, 2-for-2 on zone entries, had 3 shot assists, created 1.36 xG off his passes and had an xGF of 0.67.
He is 34-for-35 on zone exits in three games.
