Listened to this two weeks ago. It reminded me of Mit Ghamr case from 1960s in Egypt. But the stark difference is that now the bank for the poor Grameen wins against the state.

Islamic Blended Finance: Bridging the Climate Funding Gap?
#COP28 concluded with three groundbreaking commitments by 2030:
1) Major oil companies pledging emissions reduction in their operations
2) Tripling renewable energy capacity
3) Doubling energy efficiency improvements
Despite these ambitious goals, the climate financing gap continues to widen. Recent studies estimate it to be approximately USD 6.3 trillion annually, affecting developing Muslim-majority countries as well.
The need for an innovative financing scheme is more crucial than ever.
