On this day,112 years ago, the founder of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Hazret Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), The Promised Messiah & Mahdi, passed away.
What was the reaction of prominent Non-Ahmadi Muslim leaders & scholars of the time?

At some point every Holocaust museum will be forced to include an exhibit on what’s happening in Gaza right now. It’s only a matter of time. Dr. Nick Maynard of Oxford University medical school has been a witness to the genocide.
💢 “This was a blatant murder… a targeted assassination” — Journalist Courtney Bonneau on killing of her friend and journalist Amal Khalil in southern Lebanon.
Amal Khalil, the veteran Al-Akhbar newspaper correspondent, was killed after an Israeli strike hit the village of al-Tiri, leaving her trapped beneath the rubble as rescue efforts were repeatedly blocked by ongoing Israeli attacks.
Zeinab Faraj, a freelance photojournalist also working with the paper, was seriously wounded and evacuated to a hospital under Israeli fire.
Efforts to reach Khalil were impeded by continued strikes and direct fire, with a senior Lebanese army official telling Reuters that an Israeli drone dropped a grenade on rescue workers, while a Red Cross vehicle also came under fire.
Stone Age?
At a time when you were still in caves searching for fire, we were inscribing human rights on the Cyrus Cylinder.
We endured the storm of Alexander and the Mongol invasions and remained; because Iran is not just a country, it is a civilization.
Israel repeats its claim that Hezbollah uses ambulances for military purposes.
It has never provided evidence for such a claim, but has killed more than 53 medics, some in direct strikes, regardless.
We examined 3 medical facilities damaged or destroyed by Israel and found no evidence of military activity.

Truly disgusting. Sure, kill those Muslims, those Shias, in southern Lebanon but ‘spare’ the Christians. This administration never ceases to shock me with its cruelty and bigotry and abnormality.
Lebanese healthcare workers say medical facilities and workers are being systematically targeted by Israel in an effort to empty southern Lebanon, the Guardian reports.
A U.S.–Israeli missile strike hit a home in Amrabad near Arak in central Iran, killing a family of four as they slept, local reports said. The victims included a 3-day-old baby, his 2-year-old sister, their mother, and grandmother.
Joseph Kent, a top counterterrorism official under Trump, just resigned.
Kent and I don't agree on much, but he is right:
"Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby."
Israel has killed 12 medical workers in a strike on a medical centre in south Lebanon.
The facility was attacked on Friday night, bringing the toll of medical staff to 31 killed in the past 12 days.

The children were 5 and 7 years old. They shot them in their car.
I don’t know who still needs to hear this, but murdering families for sport is not normal.
🇵🇸 Israeli forces opened fire on a car carrying the Bani Odeh family in the town of Tammun, in the northern occupied West Bank, killing Ali Khaled Bani Odeh, 37, his wife Waad, 35, and two of their sons, Mohammad (5) and Othman (7).
▪️Two other children in the car survived the shooting - Mustafa and his brother Khaled, who were wounded.
▪️One of the surviving boys told reporters that after soldiers pulled him from the vehicle, he was viciously beaten. He said the soldiers shouted “We killed dogs.”
“I asked the soldier ‘do you love your mom and dad?’ He said ‘yes’. So I asked him ‘then why did you kill mine?’ he responded by punching me.”
▪️Israeli military said troops were operating in the area during an arrest raid, adding the incident is under review.
