It was an honor and a privilege to attend the COR Athletics Track & Field Clinic in Providence Rhode Island last week. A special thank you to @CraigKinsleyUSA and all of the other coaches! Not only did I learn to improve my form and technique on the track but also gained valuable insight into the college recruiting process. All of the coaches did a fantastic job of instilling the proper mindset and discipline for success both on the track and in life.

2026 Outdoor Track Season Highlights:

- First Team All Conference:
400M Dash
4X400 Relay

- Second Team All Conference:
100M Dash
200M Dash

- Broke Rutherford High School record for the 200M Dash

-Season Personal Best times:
100M Dash-11.05 (10th in NJ for Class of 2028)
200M Dash-22.14 (5th in NJ for Class of 2028)
400M Dash-50.17 (12th in NJ for Class of 2028)

Currently ranked 5th fastest 200M sprinter in NJ for the Class of 2028.

Another successful meet at the North 2 Group 2 NJSIAA Sectionals last weekend. Two more PR times in the 400M (50.17-6th place) and 200M (22.14 4th place). Moving on to the group 2 finals in the 200M, 400M and 4X400M relay.

Currently ranked 8th fastest 100M sprinter in NJ for the Class of 2028.

Successful weekend on the track in the Bergen County Championships. Finished 1st in the Group C 400M (50.99), 4th in the 200 (22.62) and 5th in the 100M (11.07). All PR times.
