Collaboration makes my job easier and more difficult at the same time! Meeting and aligning instruction with someone else is rewarding and can be frustrating. Regardless...it is essential in my instruction and what is best for kids. #DuPageMiddleEd

A2: Looking for inspiration comes from many places and often times other educators are the place to start! Social media has made that so much easier! I have found it is hard for me to use other people's "stuff"...but their ideas usually inspire me! #DuPageMiddleEd
