@AmericanAir Long-time Platinum + Admirals Club member. Repeatedly treated like an inconvenience by staff just for following your policies. Then a copy-paste reply that ignores it (Ref# 1-40336649691). This is how you lose loyal customers.
For the third time, I’ve ordered glasses from @WarbyParker and for the third time @OnTrac_Shipping couldn’t deliver to an office building. They keep trying late at night or on weekends, then never return during business hours. Maybe try 9–5 sometime? Unreal.

@UPS and it continues. Now it’s even a day later for delivery. Good chance I wont be here by the time it arrives. The WORST delivery service ever. I paid for air and is being sent by SLOW ground.
@UPS continued. Then when I call to ask why the representative LIES to me and says it's in PA. The contents of the package has an apple airtag. I know where it is. I've now been on hold for over 15 minutes. I should have used @FedEx
@UPS worst customer service. I sent a package from DC at 11:00 Thursday morning next day air and the package is still in Baltimore scheduled to arrive Monday.
Thanks so much for the "bait and switch" @AmericanAir . After I have already booked 3 other trips for this year. There is no need to thank me for my "loyalty". Sadly I see how much it's valued. I guess the good news, I have other options.
@Verizon the absolute WORST customer service. Have been transferred to now a THIRD department to try to use a gift card. My understanding of a gift card was to reward customers NOT cause a miserable experience.
@Bose worst customer service. Been 50 minutes in chat and have gotten ZERO support. If your chat is using “AI”. Probably a good idea to invest in the “I” part of it 😡
Was at a friend’s home today. Loved the look of their @VikingRange refrigerator until I found out it has not worked since it’s installation in December. Guess I’ll need a plan “B” for my kitchen.
The WORST customer service on the planet @lululemon . Order $500 of clothing to be told, that because @FedEx messed up the delivery I'm on my own to sort it out with @FedEx. After being hold hold for over 45 minutes to have such horrible customer service.
@VerizonSupport the WORST!!! Over an hour on the phone to try to suspend my hotspot. Only to be disconnected and the suspension still NOT done. Guess what @Verizon, it's no longer a suspension it will be termination FOREVER! I'll use a "burner phone" from 7-11 b4 I'll go back
