Once again I am here to complain about @British_Airways and even I am getting bored with it! Stuck with 7+ hour delay, directed to go to one of 2 restaurants for a drink and food on BA and then when we arrive they know nothing about it! Nobody from BA anywhere to be seen! #fail
@British_Airways I appreciate after 6-7 weeks you have taken the time to send me a tweet. I really would have expected more after I was threatened by a member of @British_Airways staff but I guess it’s maybe not a big deal if you are happy with being represented in such a way.

So @British_Airways you are going to have to help me here. I have reported to you that I have been threatened with physical violence by a member of your staff in front of my family & 2 weeks later you still haven’t responded??? What is going on there???

Ok @British_Airways whilst it took 5 different phone numbers and then 60 minutes on hold I have to give praise to Sophie who has just been brilliant and really helped me out! Please can you get more “Sophie’s” and look after them like you used too!!!
@British_Airways So this was the conversation in July 2021 and today 21st February 2022 nothing has improved with the service when trying to book with @British_Airways - what’s the excuse this time????
@British_Airways the number for BA Holidays (02087074462) gets cut off after selecting option 1 - the Exec club are unable to help so how does anybody reach this team?
