They had me return the new phone, start a new order, send pics, clear cache, restart, different browser, etc. Now that the issue is still there, they have gone radio silent.

@SamsungSupport Can someone from your tech team reach out to me??? Working through a CS agent is inefficient. I've patiently completed every task that has been requested of me to no avail. Too much of my time has been wasted at this point!
