I do not believe Saudi Arabians are always inherently better than non Saudi Arabians.

But as a Saudi Arabian Muslim I have every right to deep pride in my people, my land, my heritage, and my history, the history that carried Islam, preserved its language, spread its message, and produced men whose contributions shaped the world today.

That pride does not mean I believe others are inferior.

People mistake this for racism because they are uncomfortable when Arabs speak with honor about their own history without apologizing for it.

I have given Bay’ah (pledged allegiance) to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin AbdulAziz. That loyalty also bothers many haters.

I will never apologize for loving my people, honoring my heritage, respecting my ancestors, and being loyal to my country and faith.
