TanVuu and Himass DIDNT do anything WRONG. Its krafton and staffs' fault! They told these 2 players that it is allowed to stream-snipping in this tournament. So they did! And last year, there were also people did the same thing

@TomPickering have you heard that it is allowed to stream snipping in that tournament? even vietnamese players had asked krafton whether they can stream snipping. and krafton said yes, it is allowed. so why can it suddenly be our fault to do it? you can read the sep 14 rule book for more info.

@AllabouthHenry @Han44fps even in the first rule book from Sep 14, krafton mentioned that it is allowed for every player to stream snipping. it is cheating, but it is also allowed. so why all of a sudden it's our players fault for doing the exact thing that is allowed?
