No option to reschedule as it was our 2nd attempt. It would be better to offer an in store credit so we could just go in and buy what we need instead of being out money for another 10 days. Please do better.

@Walmart two nights of terrible experiences with mobile pickup. 2 hr delays both nights. Had to reschedule night 1 after waiting an hr. Might 2 waited an hr with no notification that order was delayed. Only after stopping an assc. was I notified it would be an additional 40 min.

Cancelled order. Have to wait 7-10 days for refund. Over the phone assoc blew smoke up our a$$ about filing a complaint and someone getting fired over this. Obvious bs that just comes off as insulting. We wanted a resolution, not the promise of someone getting fired.

@CWTheaters Went to see Jurassic World: Dominion in CWX, and boy was it an ear blistering experience.I alerted staff at the beginning to the excessive volume, only to find out after, that you are unable to adjust the level. You did offer us passes for the poor experience
