Obviously there are caveats like in the neutral zone and figuring out how to switch, but it is generally played without structure.

@Davisb0y1 @DommOffcial @puckempire Well to give you a decent final response, structure in hockey is the idea that if there is “chaos” guys know their spot in the defensive end. However, in mtm defense you lose this structure and create “chaos”.
