my flight JFK-FRA has shown @SingaporeAir is just another 4star Airline. No breakfast, no sanitary package, average food, personnel just ok in biz class but price is 5star.

the best thing is that you do not even know the website your are referring to. for JFK you are not giving any time information. this is how you treat your customers in business class?

this information does not help me at all. i am at JFK now. i am very disappointed because i booked @SingaporeAir because i thought this will give me a good service. i drove from DC to JFK. next time i will fly United from DC.

at FJK airport terminal 4. you can print the boarding pass bit NO baggage drop-off. did anyone thought this through?

I thought @SingaporeAir is a 5Star airlines but i realized that baggage drop and check-in start only briefly before departure. No work in the biz lounge. instead 3(!) hours wait in the terminal hall.
