@2Snative @starsonice @RogersPlace Yes I just got an email too - apologizing for the mixup and confirming a refund. I think it may have been a misconnect between Ticketmaster and Stars on Ice but it all worked out. I really did want to go but will try for next year!

@2Snative @starsonice @RogersPlace Yes I have been trying to do the same thing. Can’t make it on Saturday and getting the runaround from Ticketmaster. The email said cancellation needs to be requested by Wednesday May 8th and they told me they would get back to me in 3-5 business days!!!
