@tashkentterror It’s disappointing that those at the top seem content hearing only from the very people who want these issues buried, ignored, or quietly removed from the club in the hope they simply disappear
@tashkentterror Not really a surprise anymore. All the BS talk about openness and transparency feels like a distant memory.
Having worked at the club for 9 years, I saw a huge shift after the new owners came in. Suddenly everyone — from senior staff to the club cat — was expected to sign NDAs.
@tashkentterror Since then, I’ve had little choice but to take a different route. Months ago I submitted a Subject Access Request to obtain my club emails, yet I still haven’t received them. So much for transparency.
@tashkentterror Following my dismissal, I attempted through various channels to speak directly with the owner, hoping to discuss the reality of how the club is being run. I was repeatedly told they would not engage.
@tashkentterror When I challenged senior figures over what I believed was serious incompetence in dealing with safeguarding, I was dismissed from my role. To make matters worse, the club’s former CEO appeared willing to mislead Academy parents regarding the behaviour of a certain individual.
@BrendanRogers69 If memory serves me right think we played Brampton or a team from Brampton in some final finished 4-2 us. Big squad! Must have been Chinese buffet for afters.
