@AvantiWestCoast can I use an off peak return if I travel EUS to MAN on Saturday morning, travelling back 20.25? It let's me select it but then comes up with an error as I select seats. Can I just turn up on the day?

@TicketmasterCS I have been trying to chat to an agent but they have ended the conversation twice before I have been able to reply. Email stated I would receive money for sold tickets "in 17 days" but agent said it was now 17 WORKING days. Why would that change?

@flysaa my bag didnt make it on flight SA363 on the 4th Jan. I filled in the form at the airport and was told delivery in the morning but not heard anything. Who do I call to chase?
