I'm a fairly senior Civil Servant, I work long hours and am ususally still in the office after everyone else has gone home. When I am in the office alone I minesweep all my junior staff's desk and eat any sweets or biscuits I find lying around.
@CroftyF1 we've dived into a beach front bar for a pint and a sandwich as it's so wet and windy. My jacket had already leaked through to my t-shirt!
Got us thinking, McLaren obviously good in the wet, but who is best/least affected in high winds?
Billy Johnny and Dan
@CoddersF1 alright mate, just seen something that showed 3 of the four fastest pitstops this year were at Qatar
Is it cause the shortened stints meant the tyres were better and drivers hit their marks or a grippier pit surface, the heat or something else that made them so fast?
@BradleyPhilpot I know the cars are bigger and heavier and look a bit numb through the corners but for me the biggest difference is the camera work. Looks pretty amateur by today's standards but it does give the impression of struggling to keep up with the car
@CoddersF1@karunchandhok@MBrundleF1@HillF1 What I take from this article is the massive level of pisstaking from Red Bull re the cost cap. What's Helmut doing for the wider company? Getting deals with nightclubs over the line? Wearing an A board down the high street? Jokes bro
@MrJackLowe It's the responsibility of the festival to deal with it. Either educate your clients, enforce good behaviour or accept it and deal with it and build the cost into your ticket price. You can't blame drunk 16 year olds for leaving a few vodka bottles a tent and some litter behind!
@karunchandhok I always knew you were great at technical analysis and a brilliant presenter, but honestly hadn't quite appreciated how good you are at comms! Top work mate, you're the natural successor to @MBrundleF1 when the time comes (hopefully not for another 20 odd years)
Please help me find Wendy. (Last known as Wendy Yau from Hong Kong)
A RT would be very much appreciated

Thankyou so much

@CoddersF1@gpracingonline Actually new idea (for me), have sprint on Saturday but the qualy a one shot, go out one at a time, but with them going out in championship order so the leader has the dirty track. Cars all so close nowadays that the slowest cars could still take pole
@gpracingonline@CoddersF1 how about this for a format?
Friday
FP1 (fastest lap sets sprint grid)
Sprint race
Saturday
FP2
Qualifying
Sunday
Race
Non of this Parc Fermé rubbish, qualy same time every weekend, format works everywhere including monaco on a Thursday
Thoughts?
@karunchandhok Karun my suggestion would be:
Friday
FP1 (times set sprint grid)
Sprint race
Saturday
FP2
Qualifying
Sunday
Race
No Parc Fermé dilemma, qualy same time every weekend, more practice time for the teams but not top much and format works everywhere including Monaco on Thursday!
