@salzoderzucker @hotpinksugarz And also some with autism struggle to recognize their body’s cues such as if their hungry or if their full, if their tired, dehydrated, ect. All of those cause me issues almost daily, I’ve ate till my stomach hurts so many time because I can’t exactly tell what being full means
