@AdamCrafton_ His stupidity is cute. Infantino believing his title of “president” carries the same weight as other individuals who hold the same one. The puppet king who plays with his action figures and demanding respect.
@maxrushden Noble call but the sport has grown a lot. The lack of interest stems from the Big Media in America. WNBA receives better pre, post, and in-season coverage than MLS. And let’s be real, the USMNT had an easy route despite the surrounding controversies and their sub-par manager.
@leylahamed Let’s be realistic, this World Cup is a fifa event and has nothing to do with providing for the fans, the people who are loyal to their football community. FIFA is protecting its assets. The USA and its leadership is one of them. This is a waste of energy finger-pointing this.
It’s so strange how non-Palestinians are heavily invested in supporting Palestinians against Israelis while completely ignoring the Lebanese in Lebanon. Well, it’s not strange, it’s trend-chasing. And it’s obvious.
For the producer to actually make this a topic is highly insensitive. This is a personal matter, family matter and to want to create content based on this is out of touch with humanity. Talk about the matches, the performances, the World Cup organization but there’s no need to deep dive into Doku’s life. Unless L’Equipe has paid for the rights to cover the birth with a live stream and commentary.
Tunisians…storm the offices and replace this leadership today. Enough is enough. 🇹🇳⚽
The FTF just pulled off one of the most embarrassing blunders in World Cup history.
Sack Sabri Lamouchi after the 5-1 Sweden thrashing, hand Hervé Renard a fat contract to the end of the tournament… only for Tunisia to muster 0.05 xG (basically 0.01 in the first half) in a 0-4 humiliation vs Japan.

The World Cup is a football competition for politicians, celebrities & corporations, not the fans. We bring the passion. They use it:
Politicians: Harness pride for agendas, soft power & distraction.
Celebrities: Leverage engagement for more follows & spotlight.
Companies: Turn emotion into shareholder metrics & ROI.
Football is nothing without the fans. Follow us The Reflective Football where we cover the actual supporters. Content on YouTube (long-form and shorts). Instagram (reels).
A team finishing 19th in the prem earns more than the la liga champions so I don’t understand Arsenal’s CCO’s decision to want the Israeli company to be a sponsor. They don’t need the money, the bad PR, unless it’s a statement of inclusivity which makes no sense. I can no longer support this team. I will be a free agent next season. I’ve suffered because of Israel personally and people in Lebanon continue to suffer.

We give football fans a voice because without the fans there are no tv rights, no sponsors, no soulful motivation for the players to perform.
I’ve been covering sports for a cumulative 22 years.
Building the same thing in Dubai.
Fan-first football media network. Documentary series. Games platform. A physical space where fans become the broadcast.
18 days live. Zero ad spend. Growing while dormant.
The MENA football diaspora is the most passionate, multinational fan audience on earth. Nobody is covering them.
We should talk. @TheReflectiveFootball on Youtube
BlueCo still don’t get Chelsea.
Xabi Alonso finally killed the Neverkusen tag at a low-pressure club. Now they throw him straight into the Stamford Bridge pressure cooker with a talented but deflated squad, expecting instant or gradual success.
Real Madrid’s egos already rejected him.
A proper Chelsea man forged in the club’s history and identity would’ve been the natural fit. But BlueCo will always buckle to media pressure and corporate PR instead. Fans fuel this club, not boardroom optics.
Treating Chelsea like a spreadsheet instead of a living institution with real soul — that’s how owners keep getting it wrong.
The beautiful game is ugly when they forget who built it.

VAR was meant to fix human bias and mistakes.
Instead we got a cold corporate checklist that kills common sense and strips away the raw emotion that makes football special.
Fans don’t want robotic perfection. We want drama, controversy, passion.
Time to speak up or build new leagues that actually put fans and emotion first.

Sports journalists worldwide love railing against FIFA greed, bloated club pricing and the money ruining football.
Yet the same crowd rushes out “definitive biographies” of 27-year-old superstars mid-career.
Pure cash-in on today’s hype, not waiting for the full legacy.
This isn’t journalism. It’s the hype machine they claim to expose. Credibility takes another hit.
