@NYCMayor My 94 yr old Mother is stranded in her NYCHA apartment due to a major flood from a neighbor’s apartment. The incident began yesterday evening, 3in of water flooded corridors and apartments. Tenants cries have fallen on DEATH EARS! SHAMEFUL!

@ABC7NY NYCHA”s Manhattanville Houses is reportedly private. Tenants still can’t receive any repairs or response to Emergency issues. 3250 Broadway experienced a major flood yesterday, more than 3in of water flooded corridors and apts. ES has not responded
