Having spray foam roof insulation installed? Be mindful it could prevent a house sale, it will rot the roof timbers, it will be more expensive to replace the tiles and it does create an awful mess when removed! #sprayfoaminsulation #roofdamage

A client has pulled out of a house purchase as our survey found problems with movement to do with blown cavity wall insulation. Turns out, the engineer nephew/executor to the estate said he wouldn't buy it either! Always best to have a survey. #housesurvey #cavitywallinsulation

Yes, you can see details at high level using binoculars during a house survey, but a camera pole really helps clients visualise issues in a report far more clearly. No need for drones! #workinghard #workingsmart
