What a great and enthusiastic team of researchers from @UofGMVLS
and @sceneUofG sharing why and how they monitor fish migration with kids and families.
Yesterday we hosted a Wee MerrySTEMs @wmstems session, focusing on Atlantic salmon and the amazing migration they do. We had a great time teaching the kids about the life cycle and ecology of salmon, with a taster of some of the fieldwork we do for sample collection!
