🟦: If you imagine yourself as a designer, where in Paris would you want to host a fashion show, and what concept would you choose?
🐰: If it were in Paris, I’d like to bring the beach to the center of the city. I’d fill the space with sand and perhaps build something like a bunker, elevating the steps and adding water to create that ocean vibe. It would be a "Beach in the City" concept. 🏖️

🟦: What has been the best investment of your life?
🐰: In terms of financial investments, I’m someone who prioritizes diversification. Within a single portfolio, I diversify extensively across various assets, including:
• Bonds: Primarily international bonds and debt instruments.
• Stocks: Both Thai and international stocks.
• Currencies: I hold and save in various foreign currencies.
• Gold. ✨
• Real Estate: Including land.
• Mutual Funds: Various international funds.
I try to spread the risk as much as possible across these different areas. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

🟦: What makes you truly feel at "home" when you are away, and why is it important to you?
🐰: It’s definitely my bed. 🛏️ Specifically, my own bed at home. Every time I get to sleep in it, I feel completely relaxed. It’s my safe zone and my comfort zone.

🟦: How do you exercise to maintain such a great body?
🐰: Aside from exercising, the most important thing is diet. For me, it’s a combination of three things: training well, eating well, and sleeping well. These elements work together to speed up progress and keep me in shape consistently.💪🏻

🟦: What is your go-to "Cheat Day" meal?
🐰: On a cheat day, I definitely go for Stir-fried Holy Basil (Pad Kaprao). I also love spaghetti, pasta, and Italian food basically anything creamy or carb-heavy. I go all out! 😋😄💚

🎤: As the CEO of Souri, how is it going? What is the current economic situation like for you?
🐰: I’d say it’s quite difficult and rather tough. For #Souri, almost all of our branches are located in malls. The foot traffic in malls has significantly decreased, which directly impacts my brand. Fortunately, online sales are still helping to prop us up.

🎤: Are you feeling stressed about it?
🐰: I’m stressed. Oh, very stressed. Honestly, these days, if I have any free time, I’m in meetings. Even when I’m on a filming set, sometimes I don’t even eat during breaks because I have to sit in meetings to clear these issues first. I think it’s a very heavy situation. It’s not just my brands; from talking to friends in the same industry, everyone is suffering. It’s affecting the F&B (Food & Beverage) business on a very broad scale.🥺

🎤: Between COVID-19 period and now, which one is tougher for you?
🐰: I think right now might be tougher because I’m carrying much higher costs. I started having many physical storefronts. During COVID, we were purely online and only doing deliveries, so we didn't have heavy monthly fixed costs like we do now.🥺

🎤: Does this mean you have to suspend your plans? If you had plans to expand more branches, do you have to put them on hold?
🐰: We are more cautious with our selections. We're being quite tight during this period and planning the budget to be as cost-effective as possible.

🎤: But you can still manage? You’re carrying everything right now—do you have a long-term plan for how long you can...?
🐰: We can manage. As of now, we can still pull through. We’ve prepared plans on what to do and where to fix things.

🎤: Have you increased prices, or adjusted anything?
🐰: I will try to make that the absolute last resort.

🎤: But in terms of raw materials, has there been an impact? Are costs higher?
🐰: Yes. Right now, some items have already started to increase in price. However, my main packaging isn't plastic; it’s the cardboard boxes everyone sees. But the key component that is increasing in price is actually the cooler bags.

🎤: Would you say this is the most critical crisis since you started Souri, in your role as CEO?
🐰: It’s the biggest crisis since I started Souri.

🎤: Are you doing ok, Win?
🐰: I’m okay. I have to be. If I’m not, then everyone else will be in trouble too. I’m actually really worried about my staff...🥺
