We introduced the Third World Immigration Moratorium Act to slam the door shut on entry from dozens of third world countries. Many of these nations have repeatedly refused to cooperate with U.S. deportation orders, failed to provide basic vetting information on their own citizens, and left American communities to pay the price.

Many of these nations are state sponsors of terrorism or have a track record of exporting violence and instability to American soil.

If you import the third world, you will become the third world.

We are not a dumping ground for other countries' problems. This is not a risk we should be taking.

Judge Sparkle Sooknanan was born in Trinidad and Tobago. She just blocked the SAVE database from being used to verify voter citizenship data.

She is the perfect example of why the constitutional amendment we introduced is needed. If the President is required to be born in America, then so should federal judges and Members of Congress.
