@Chime So I finally reacquire my account. I go to prison 4 years ago and a hacker accessed all of my accounts including my Chime. I've sent photos and confirmed info about my account and Still get the same auto regenerated response. #onepissedoffcustomer
@chrisrbritt@Chime
I've been trying to regain access to my old Chime account and have submitted every requested photo asked for me. I still keep getting the same auto regenerated email sent to me. Someone needs to help me with my account recovery.
@Chime I'm not sure. I had the account a few years ago I opened the account and I had a good standing and opinion of the company. Then my account was hacked twice in the same day by the the same person and Chime did nothing about it. Took me awhile to recover my own account.
@BoostCare I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A12-SE in January 2022 from a boost store. A month later I got water damage in the SIM slot and had to pay the $50 insurance deductible to get a replacement phone that was supposed to be the same make and model. I got a Galaxy A125U1 in return.
@BoostCare@boostmobile the worst and most underhanded company I've ever dealt with. Unethical,& will sell you refurbished junk that you can't register or get fixed. Neither myself or any of my IT community and the expanded network of us IT'S will ever deal with you ever again.
@BoostCare On 1/29/2022 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A12-SE for $179.99 and charged $25 for device set up, then another $57 for Boost RTR $5-300, then $39.99 for the case and, $1 for some unknown fee, totalling $202.98. I was having to pay my bill in store because I just got out of prison,
Japanese, Korean, And Chinese. You can't even read or view a manual for it and Boost refuses to fix the issue that's been going on for almost a year now. They tell me to send it in and I'll get a new one. Not again boost. All you do is lie. I'm getting ready to talk to an atty.
They did to me. I paid $180 for a Samsung Galaxy A12 SE. I got a little water I'm the sim card slot and had to use my insurance to pay for the warranty. Hmmmm. The phone I get back is a damn refurbished galaxy a125u1 a damn Korean phone that don't work. And the user manual is in
