Small things matter.

1. Solat and mengadu puas2 dekat Allah. Put your trust that Allah gonna take care of everything

2. Makesure bangun mandi, buat la DIY spa dekat rumah tu. Play makeup with yourself to get back the confidence to keep going

3. Kemas bilik. Kalau ada budget lebih boleh makeover bilik. You gonna feel like a better person. Bilik yg bersepah akan serabutkan lagi ur mind

4. Buy something for yourself. Sometimes u neglected ur needs and wants sbb u terlalu fokus dekat dunia. So for once, treat urself a warm and cozy meal, pergila buat mukbang sorang2 dalam bilik tu. Or beli la skincare baru, baju baru. Something only for yourself to enjoy

5. Cari masa to connect with nature/dunia. I choose mandi sungai. Kalau u prefer jalan2 taman, or cafe or malls, go on. Kalau I stress, I akan pergi berendam dalam sungai and mengelamun sorang2. Have a little “adventure” for urself.

All of these tak perlukan cost yg besar or kena bergaul dgn orang. Sbb I know, some ppl during their darker times…prefer to isolate themselves.
