Today we ran 2 Video Analysis Clinics at the Glencoe & District CC. We had 2 separate video analysis stations running simultaneously during each clinic. Everybody learned a lot.

We recently held a Sweeping & Weight Control clinic
We worked on sweeping techniques/timing rocks/communication. We used our Rock Hawk timing system to help the curlers with weight control on draws/takeouts
