I recently visited the USA for RAAF Week. This annual engagement strengthens RAAF and USAF relationships and enhances our #ausairforce capability.
Alongside @CAF_Australia, I then attended the 2026 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium, which maintains partnerships with our global allies.
To our aviators, & the air domain team – thank you for an incredible 2025. Your service & dedication has been at the forefront of all we have achieved. We wish you, and your loved ones a safe break and send our greatest thanks to those on duty or deployed during this time.
In 2025 we continued to focus on our mission to generate and deliver highly effective air power. Our people knew their purpose. You were trained, flexible, and ready when called.
Every member of the air domain team should be immensely proud of their contributions.

This is also a day where we must acknowledge and celebrate our family and loved ones as without them we would not be the force we are today or yesterday.
For those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice, you will never be forgotten. We will remember them. Lest we forget.

Anzac Day affords us the privilege to pause and remember those that have gone before. We acknowledge those service personnel from Australia and New Zealand that have served their country in the profession of arms past and present.

Last week I had the pleasure of hosting the United States Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force (CMSAF) David Flosi and his team.
This visit afforded us the opportunity to engage with US airmen and Australian aviators as we strive for an interoperable and integrated force.
As we wrap up 2024, @WOFFAF and I have taken a moment to reflect on the achievements we’ve shared, the challenges we’ve faced and the incredible resilience of our aviators, APS colleagues, and their families.

Your command teams are committed to improving the experience of service life for all aviators and their families, as we acknowledge the critical capability you continue to bring to the Royal Australian Air Force every day.
As we welcome the Government’s response to the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide, we encourage our aviators to check on one another and their loved ones.
