@TheCarolErskine@SacredHope@GrantSmithEllis@KyleSharkey8@suspiciousauce Have we ruled out Proctor's attorney?
Either way, the parties should know who brought the offending post to the judge's attention. There are CJC rules on this; they aren't complicated. Doubt there's a there there.
No man or woman has 75 wins at every Grand Slam.
Except Novak Djokovic, who has 95+ wins at all four and is the only player in history with 100+ wins at three different Grand Slams.
He's an alien from another planet. 👽
Novak Djokovic has won a record-breaking 106th match at Wimbledon.
He passes Roger Federer for the most all-time.
1.🇷🇸Djokovic 106
2.🇨🇭Federer 105
The King of Grass. 👑
Can we all agree that when Roger Federer had the records, the media never compared him with the WTA?
But yet with Novak Djokovic, they do that every single time.
They just can't accept him breaking and having records.
I'm glad Novak is starting to mock them now. 🐐
@MafiaMasshole The Grant/Kyle tweets don't make sense because motion #116 does not contain impounded information. Nor should it, otherwise there'd be redacted/unredacted versions for public/nonpublic consumption. TB's tweet is as good a bet as any.
@MarburyvVeryMad The "leaked" materials was either something other than 116, or a lot of people are very confused about the MA URIP.
It would not be the first time. We all saw that confusion manifest in the KR case, where the judge effectively dispensed with the need to show good cause.
Novak Djokovic won his opening match by a score of 6-4 5-7 6-4 6-4 to also beat the Wimbledon curfew.
Absolute fighter. The greatest ever.
Onwards and upwards.
Many are really underestimating Novak Djokovic.
The points end fast on grass and he won’t have to run much. He can rely on his serve and return mostly.
Also, he beat Sinner twice at Wimbledon, including in straight sets.
I’m going with Novak. 2️⃣5️⃣🌱🏆
@HWOnYourCase@Will428304@itstrickortreat@DoctorTurtleboy For the folks at home, trial courts do not typically rule that duly passed statutes are fully or partially unconstitutional. Typically, it would be the SJC, about 18-24 months after a conviction.
@NoodleMom1983 Lawtubers aren't usually right about stuff. Anyone remember some of ML's classics? Here's one: "I was right. I told you they were going up there to have a sidebar."
@TheChauffeurX Amazing how so much digital data -- like GPS, fitness/movement/health, phone calls, deleted calls/texts/searches, tabs, iOS extraction tools -- is just flat out "wrong" when it comes to these people. Same for good old analog data, like Newtonian physics -- that's wrong too.
