22-year-old Muslim, Altaf, died in police custody in Kasganj, #UttarPradesh on Tuesday evening.

UP police said he committed suicide. The pipe police said he had hanged himself from was at a height of just 2-3 feet! Family say that Altaf was murdered in police custody.
