@Delta has been useless at MSP. At least an 8 hour delay. Only $15 food voucher, no partnerships with local airlines, and I’m trapped at this layover. Could have told me before flying to MSP. C.Y.A and not about the customer.

@AmericanAir We are stuck on flight 5001 out of OAJ to CLT because the airport has no fuel. One hour on the plane with no AC and a crying infant. Will miss our CLT to BDL flight. Please message about compensation as this is ridiculous.

@AmericanAir 3 hours late, hour on hot tarmac, multiple lies from the staff about the issue, and again with an infant who is short on diapers and formula. What can you do to compensate for this? Our next flight we are not sitting next to each other either.

@CoxComm We find out today that it is not schedule with the subcontractors and will not been done until February. Now we are faced with up to a month with no cable/internet because someone lied or did not do their job.
