They gave me the ability to appeal my ban. But most importantly, they finally gave me some sort of reason why I was banned. And, oh man I would punch my monitor right now if it wasn't expensive and if I had money.

Today, I log into the CoD Ban Appeal website. It's like a bi-monthly roulette basically where I see if something will pop up. And to my surprise, something had changed on that website.
