@classicaviator2 @adam_corbs @dubsndoo The initial post does have some truth, skip and Uber eats are massive companies and that's not from the "boomers", my parents also ate at home 95% of the time and made their own coffee. 400k isn't that bad but homes for 300k exist that need renovations.
