@Sarojh3@Estusflash@whiteshadow_001@totithoth It’s a numbers game man. Destiny needed way more AAA developers (500+ as of Renegades) than those games perpetually on staff, and never had a revenue system in place that could support that.
@Destiny2Team Probably super far down on the priority list, but can you share if strand meditations will still be required to fully unlock Strand, even for 2nd/3rd characters? Much love on all you’ve done with this update!
They’re finally adding an in-game development announcement mechanism to Destiny right at the end of development and I’m not sure if I should laugh or cry or both.
@falloutplays This is like when your girlfriend breaks up with you but finally gives your Pokemon cards back and also buys you that vintage John Elway jersey you’ve had your eye on. And then she stabs you, I dunno this analogy fell apart quick
@Rad_Dad_Redempt These were more for completionist content but I seem to remember some of the constellation puzzles from Inquisition were tough, but then again I also have spaghetti sauce for brains.
@GenePark Oh man I can’t wait for you to experience it. Is it a 10/10? lol absolutely not. But it’s fun and smart. There are scenes where you can almost hear the invisible and silent DM groan as the party tries to break situations. It’s great. Oh, and Jarnathan for life.
@GenePark Playing through the trilogy back to back to back recently in Steamdeck is what made me confident in proclaiming that ME1 is, all things considered, the best in the trilogy. ME2 def excels in some areas but sacrifices some je ne sais quoi at the alter of streamlining.
@HoegLaw Everything I’ve seen on Exodus has me intrigued. I’ve been burned too many times to get hyped over flashy trailers though. But to me the greatest strength of the ME franchise was the world building and boy oh boy this team seems to be trying their best to fill those shoes.
@Cromwelp This subscription model world is wild. I wonder if something similar happened with Star Wars Outlaws. I was totally prepared to buy it but then saw it was on Ubisoft Connect. Does that factor in when a publisher says sales didn’t “meet expectations”?
@Gothalion It’s not bad. Wish there was an option to go true solo mode because the starting area was a knife party with everyone chasing the same things today. And I’m spoiled with how it looked on PC cause on console it’s kinda rough. But plays great so kudos to them
