This is the time of year when everyone slows down.
Holidays are around the corner.
Thanksgiving -- booze, stuffing your face, watching football all day.
Most people treat the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas as a month to "eat, drink, and be merry."
At Christmas time people usually take the entire week off and do nothing productive.
They tell themselves they are going to kick it into high gear once the new year starts, but they start the new year in the worst possible way.
Overweight from eating too much, brain foggy from boozing, lethargic from loafing around, zero momentum.
Spend time with your family...
Enjoy the holidays...
Have fun and kick back...
BUT don't shut off your brain for the next two months.
Christmas and Thanksgiving are TWO DAYS.
The other 50+ days you have left before the year is up should be focused on getting momentum heading into 2024.
•Workout
•Build up your side biz
•Learn new skills
Break the cycle. Start your new year NOW.
It's time to pull it all together and become perpetually consistent.
It's much easier than you think if you simply start.
(I'm starting again after a major distraction during the past month!)
Communication is:
• 7% your words
• 38% tone of voice
• 55% body language
In other words:
• What you say is less important than how you say it
• People are persuaded by attitude and appearance
• People believe what they see before they believe what they hear
@Zbijelic Sounds like you've come through this stronger, wiser, and more focused than ever. Thanks for sharing your experience, feelings, and advice. Looking forward to reading more from you.
"If you believe in yourself
and you're good at what you do,
and you know that you are
and you have no doubts,
The thought alone and believing it
will make it happen for you."

@mike_hdn Essential idea! It also saves a ton of $$$. Even if it's just healthy snacks (veggies prepped to eat) to consume while cooking your evening meal.
