i could actually do an hours long presentation on the years-old sequel to an even older silly talking animal game trilogy i loved as a child and why the sequel was bad and yes i know how silly that sounds but i have very strong feelings about this

- the game was released in an unfinished state with no ending, claiming the end would be a DLC. making ppl pay for the end of a game they've already bought is a dick move, & i'm sure it would've still sucked even with the ending intact, but the kicker is the DLC was scrapped lmao

fourth sly game? we do not acknowledge such a thing in this house... so sad that the series ended in 2005 😔 but at least there wasn't a poorly written PS3 sequel that made no sense and destroyed all the character development from the og trilogy though right? RIGHT? lmao if only

i love sly cooper and in my opinion if i had infinite money and technical ability and energy i would simply buy the rights to it and pitch a reboot cartoon or game and hire myself as creative director and also head writer (it's my fantasy and i make the rules)
