As an overall game, 2K was amazing. We put hours and hours into it in college. If you want to argue you prefer the Madden gameplay better, that’s subjective and cool. But presentation wise? Madden wasn’t even in the same stratosphere. 2K felt like a living, breathing NFL season. EA, to this day 20 years later, hasn’t even sniffed that. Which is sad considering how far tech has come and their shit today is lazier than ever.
