This is a classic tale of you all running a story before you know if it is even accurate.

Quit using the guise of “journalism” to conceal the true reasons why this story came out so quickly, which include your reporters’ hatred of anything Trump does and your financial greed to be the first to air dirty laundry, accurate or otherwise.

Here we are, on the brink of WWIII, and you all decide it would be a good idea to proclaim as fast as possible to the world that a U.S.-led attempt to prevent nuclear war has failed. Who knows what kind of damage this doubt you intentionally spread may have had on potential peace negotiations.

This is the kind of story that you should have done your research on and privately given the administration time to address before you charged headlong onto the airwaves to make money for yourselves.

Whenever lives are at stake, the American people deserve better than CNN.
