Totally agree! That production cut corners and was so unsafe that most members of the camera dept walked off the job, and then the DP gets shot and dies. Where is the accountability for such a poorly managed production?

I still think he should have been held liable as a producer, as all the producers should have been. What happened was the fault of so many people who were cheap and did the wrong thing and ignored every protocol.
