It screws people over but NVIDIA, Sony, Apple etc have already calculated the loss & it's insignificant for them. AMD are a little better but unfortunately for them manufacturing is harder during a pandemic.

People start to believe 1 or 2 things; A) it's in such high demand so it must be a good product. B) I better buy it or I'll miss out & have to wait

@CyberpunkGame It's bound to happen. But losing trust for a delay is collateral worth paying because it weeds out those types of customers that bitch if the product is delayed but would equally bitch as hard if it had even non-game breaking bugs. Focus on the rational here not the Karens.
