So, my shoulder has decided that I did too much with it these past two months and I have pulled several muscles. I am not supposed to lift over 10 lbs for 3 weeks (~4.5 kg) and as my job entails moving folks in and out of wheelchairs, I am out of a job for 3 weeks...
