A great art session today where the children made their own sculpture. They used a range of materials and looked at our different artists.

Some great artwork this afternoon in Rowan class. We looked at 2D and 3D sculptures and then created our own.

Rowan class had great fun digging in the soil and planting some pants! We thought about what they might be like in a few weeks! @CountryTrust

We spent the final Geography lesson looking at the Massai Tribe and we created our own necklaces!

Rowan class loved making the dough and adding toppings to their own pizzas today! Thank you to Mrs Bridge for cooking them!

Rowan class loved having parents and careers in to read at the end of the day. We also enjoyed using the library and making crazy hair pictures as part of our theme!

Rowan class had a great first day back. After looking at the book Listen about Evelyn Glennie we tried some of Mr Bullen’s drums! We looked at how we could play them in different ways too…

Rowan class loved using maps in history to look at how Chester Zoo has changed over time. We a,so learnt some facts about the founder, George Mottershead.
