What started as a wake-up call from high cholesterol and elevated blood pressure became a commitment to myself. Through a calorie deficit, running, gym workouts, quitting smoking/vaping, and limiting alcohol, my health is back on track.

2025 has taught me to wait It taught me to slow down. To stop running.
To stop chasing. Stop trying too hard if it causes me agony. Next year, I will be gentle with myself. I will carry these lessons.
The biggest lesson I learned this year is to stop forcing things; conversations, friendships, relationships, and love. What flows stays, and what doesn’t was never meant to. 2025 is still a blessing, even with its bumps.✨
