3D animation was never limited by imagination, but by production cost.

We aimed to answer that with 88.

A film produced with Junky Cream, where they reimagined a new way of production combining human performance, motion capture, real 3D animation and AI layered on top.

The result is full directorial control over traditional AI workflows.

Taking inspiration from both traditional Korean shamanic culture and the modern zombie survival genre, 88 is built on an entirely new hybrid workflow.

Using motion capture, real-time 3D animation on top of AI, by a small group of filmmakers, fight choreographers, and music producers.

Directed by Junky Cream, a Korean IP studio.
