Future research should focus on capturing longitudinal data to investigate biomarker trajectory and to examine other orbiting biomarkers🪐and other factors connecting ACEs with inflammation such as BMI🏃‍♀️and sex👩‍🦰👨‍🦰.

found dampened cortisol trajectories 📉 among sexually-abused females emphasizing the importance of capturing cortisol across age🧒🧔👴.
