在这里总结说一下，当时看到的是有一个粉丝不配合被工作人员带走了，并没有什么问题，你们所说的暴力是在后面。在公共场合怀疑不遵守规定影响到其他人的安全而且还不配合，工作人员有责任处理这个事情的，不知道情况如何莽撞行事有可能把事情搞的更糟糕，更复杂。事情谁对谁错我不争论，但骂到艺人真的是太过分了

จึงขอเรียนสอบถามบริษัทว่ามีมาตรการใดที่จะช่วยป้องกัน ลดความเสี่ยง หรือยับยั้งไม่ให้เหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นซ้ำอีกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมหรือไม่เพื่อคุ้มครองและดูแลความปลอดภัยของศิลปินในสังกัด หากบริษัทยังคงเพิกเฉยหรือรอให้เกิดเหตุร้ายแรงก่อนจึงค่อยดำเนินการ อาจสายเกินกว่าจะแก้ไขและรุนแรงไปมากกว่านี้ค่ะ ทั้งนี้ความรุนแรงไม่ได้หมายถึงเพียงการทำร้ายร่างกายเท่านั้น แต่ยังรวมถึงการคุกคามด้วยวาจา การกระทำ การสะกดรอยตามรวมถึงพฤติกรรมหรือเจตนาประสงค์ร้ายในทุกรูปแบบ

ขอให้บริษัทตรวจสอบ ออกมาตรการที่เหมาะสมและออกแถลงการณ์ที่ชัดเจนในการปกป้องศิลปิน รวมถึงดำเนินการทางกฎหมายกับผู้กระทำผิดอย่างจริงจัง ขอความกรุณาบริษัทให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องนี้เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับแฟนคลับว่าความปลอดภัยของศิลปินเป็นสิ่งที่บริษัทให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรกค่ะ

ศิลปินควรได้รับความคุ้มครองและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย แต่จากเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำหลายครั้งทำให้เกิดคำถามว่าศิลปินมีความปลอดภัยเพียงพอหรือไม่แม้จะอยู่ในงานหรือพื้นที่บริษัทของตนเอง

บริษัทไม่จำเป็นต้องรอบทเรียนครั้งถัดไปเพื่อเริ่มดำเนินการและยกระดับมาตรการความปลอดภัย เพราะหากถึงวันที่ต้องถอดบทเรียนอีกครั้งอาจหมายความว่ามีศิลปินคนหนึ่งต้องเป็นผู้รับผลจากความผิดพลาดของบริษัท

หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าบริษัทจะไม่ปล่อยให้เรื่องนี้จบลงแค่เพียงความเงียบและจะดำเนินการอย่างจริงจังเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เหตุการณ์ลักษณะนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกค่ะ

I have some evidence collecting from another fan on Thread showing the orange shirt girl was not there

"We were required to stay in our assigned seats as soon as we entered shortly after 9:00, and didn't leave until past 10:00. We were asked to record verification videos and take photos. This video timestamp says 10:14 because it happened to capture that specific area; it is not the timestamp of the very first verification video.
Hey girl, where were you at this time? (Of course you weren't there, because in the morning you tried to ignore the rules and cut into the line that had already been called and organized, wanting to sit directly next to your companion. But you were caught, failed to do so, and were asked to leave. That's why everyone already had a memorable impression of you that morning.)"

Trans: When my friend talked about this that day, she got scolded and accused of spreading rumors. we posted a fan gathering video on xhs (RedNote), we got scolded for 3 days straight. The video got reposted everywhere and people were judging us, while the girl in orange is somehow an angel and a brave girl now🙂‍↕️

My friend and I started lining up the afternoon before. We were worried the rules might change overnight, so we took turns keeping guard just to secure our spot. Meanwhile, the girl in orange only showed up at 7:00 AM, and when they were confirming spots at 10:00 AM, she wasn't even there. Yet somehow, she still managed to snag an amazing, prime front-row spot. Guess people just hated that spot so much they specifically saved it for her, huh?

Also, I didn't feel like JuMark did anything wrong with their attitude. Nobody used any physical force against the girl in orange at the time—in fact, people were being super careful even just touching her. It would've been totally foolish for JuMark to blindly jump in and mediate without knowing the full story.

I saw some people asking why we didn't help this girl or try to communicate with her. It's because she had a total “refusing to communicate” attitude the entire time—just staring down at her phone, I didn't even see her look up once. I didn't think talking to her would work. I was just annoyed out of my mind. After camping out overnight for so long and being drained for hours, I was completely exhausted too.

Trans: She didn't line up. At 10:14, the staff had everyone stay put so they could take roll-call photos, and not a single person's photo had her in it. She wasn't in any of the videos I shot, either. All those posts trying to “defend” her by circling someone in photos were actually circling her friend. By morning, JuMark (fans) had already completely filled up the roll-call (fan gathering) area, so there's no way she could've claimed a spot later anyway—let alone an aisle spot like that
